John earned his designation in 1985 while working with a local firm that he joined following high school graduation and where he gained experience and knowledge in the small and medium enterprise area. In 1991 John became one of the founding members of Williams & Partners. This opportunity gave him the avenue to demonstrate his commitment to adding value to owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs. John has an innate ability to infuse a fresh and different view to situations, and he utilizes this knowledge in his mentoring of owner managers.

In 1995 John followed his clients’ expansion into the United States when he qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In 2004, John again reacted to client needs and expanded his knowledge base into the Business Valuations area.
